Semi-permanent Makeup: Miss Eye Dol uses the latest granule technique to semi-permanent makeup (embroidery). Granulation is a technique of particle enlargement by agglomeration; it enhances pigmentation (coloring), reduces damage to skin and shorten recovery time.
