General Policy

**Before booking an appointment with Miss Eye Dol, please carefully review our cancellation policy below. By booking with us, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

 Booking

To schedule an appointment, you will need to provide a valid credit card number, which we will keep on file. We will contact you 24 hours ahead of your appointment to confirm. If you do not confirm, we will assume that you will not show up. Thank you for understanding.

Please note that natural lashes shed between 2-5 lashes per day. To keep your lashes looking full, we recommend booking fills in advance or every 2-3 weeks.

Semi-permanent makeup may cause slight scabs, which can peel off in about 7-10 days. Please note that oily skin is more difficult to color, so free color patches can be provided within 1 month, but they are not included in the discount price.

To ensure availability, please book well in advance.

Tips 

Tips between 18-20% are highly appreciated. Our lash designers work hard to achieve the Miss Eye Dor look that you love. Please show your appreciation by tipping the amount they deserve. Thank you!

Late Policy

If you anticipate running late, please call us at least 2 hours ahead of your appointment, so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

No Show Policy

We reserve the right to charge a no-show fee of $50 to those who do not show up for their appointment. Absolutely no refunds.

Refund/Cancellation Policies

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance. Text and email reminders are sent out 24 hours before your appointment.

If you cancel your appointment within 3 hours of your scheduled time, or if you do not show up, you will be charged $50.

We understand that emergencies happen, but we cannot make exceptions. All appointments must be rescheduled within 24 hours. If you cancel 3 hours before your appointment or do not show, $50 will be charged to your card on file.

Miss Eye Dol does not offer refunds on services.

Allergic Reactions

If you experience an allergic reaction, please let us know immediately. If you have had allergic reactions to eyelash extensions, please inform us prior to your appointment. A patch test can be administered before your appointment. Refunds are not given for allergic reactions.

Cell Phone Policy

We ask that you turn off your cell phone or put it on silent during your appointment. If you are getting lash extensions, please do not open your eyes to check your devices until after your session is complete. This is for safety reasons.

Lash Integrity

Your natural lash health is our top priority! This means that Miss Eye Dor will only place extensions that are the appropriate weight and length for your lashes. Many times this is not what you are used to from previous artists. Sometimes we must choose between long or full. Long AND full is just not everyone’s reality :) Please respect this! If you demand what you cannot have, Miss Eye Dol will cancel your appointment. As the professional, we also reserve the right to make a new decision during your time at Miss Eye Dol as a client for what your lashes can handle. Yay to healthy and happy services!

Lash Fill Policy

At Miss Eye Dol, we prioritize the health of your natural lashes. We will only apply extensions that are the appropriate weight and length for your lashes, even if it does not achieve the desired "long and full" look.

Please book your refills accordingly. Standard fills should be scheduled between 2-3 weeks from your last appointment. Extended fills are scheduled between 3-4 weeks, and volume fills should be done every 2-3 weeks.

Helpful Hints

To ensure your lashes look their best, we recommend booking your fills regularly so they can maintain a consistently full appearance. If your lashes look like they need a fill, you may have waited too long.

If you are missing more than 40% on only one eye, you are still considered to be within the 40% Fill Rule. Please note that very outgrown lashes are removed at every fill and do not count towards the 50% team.

If you have any questions about whether your lashes qualify for a fill, don't hesitate to contact us. Feel free to send us a picture for an assessment.

Confirmations/Reminders

After booking an appointment, you will receive a confirmation email or text from us. We understand that it can be easy to forget an appointment, so please make sure that we have your current contact information on file, including your email address and phone number. Remembering your appointment dates and times is your responsibility, to avoid cancellations and no-show fees.

Payment

The remaining balance will be due after your appointment.

Accept cash as well as credit card payments with a 3% processing fee.
